The Management Information Systems (MIS) Division conduct Computer Training Programmes, which consists of two Diploma programs, a Degree program and several Certificate level programs. The prime Computer Programmes of the NIBM consists of a one-year Diploma in Computer System Design and a two-year program leading to a Higher Diploma in Computer Based Information Systems. A B.Sc. degree program was commenced in 1996 in collaboration with University Collage Dublin (UCD), National University of Ireland.

These programs have gained wide acceptance by the general public as a result of being well structured to cater the needs of participants. Due to its long experience in the field, the NIBM is recognized as the pioneer computer training institute in the country.
